1. Acceptance
By using this site (operated by Construvendo for the Olave Bay Tower project), you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part, do not use the site.
2. Who operates this site
This site is operated by Construvendo, the marketing company for the Olave Bay Tower project, Manga, Cartagena de Indias, Colombia (Carrera 26 with calles 28 and 29). [TO CONFIRM: legal name, NIT and registered address of Construvendo — currently not declared in the fund's organizational chart].
3. Nature of the project
Olave Bay Tower is a Vivienda de Interés Social (VIS) (social interest housing) project, 608 apartments, subject to the current VIS regulations (Ley 3 de 1991 and Decreto 1077 de 2015) and to the current VIS price cap in minimum wages. Nothing on this site is an investment offer or promises profitability or appreciation: it is information about a home, not about a financial asset.

5. The installment simulator
The simulator on this site calculates an estimated installment based on the project's price matrix. It is an informational tool: it is not a credit approval, it is not issued by a financial entity and it does not replace the actual credit study carried out by the bank or the fiduciaria.

By entering your name, phone, email, city and message in the contact form, you authorize Construvendo to contact you about Olave Bay Tower. The details of what is stored, for what purpose and for how long are on the Privacy page of this same site.
7. Acceptable use

These terms are governed by Colombian law, including Ley 1480 de 2011 (Estatuto del Consumidor), and by the oversight of the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) where applicable.
